Some of the items include:

12 bottles of Welches juice

4 boxes of garlic toast

10 boxes of cookie mix

8 bags of veggies

4 packages of ground meat

2 packs of pork chops

4 cans of corn

1 can of beans

1 can of tomato sauce

Not my best savings effort but I have been trying to refocus my priorities. I have been putting diet and exercise first. I probably could have done a little better this trip but I needed a few things and just bit the bullet and bought without a coupon. Oh well, you win some and you lose some.

How is everyone else doing with the holidays coming up?

I paid $5.39 for all these items after coupons, and ECB's !

2 gallons of milk

3 bottles of shampoo

2 bottles of conditioner

2 bottles of hairspray

2 cans of mousse

12 packs of gum

I asked them to price match the Finesse with Walgreens for $1.99 each then used 9 $1.50 coupons

I had a rain check for the gum BOGO @ $1.79 and use 11 $1.00 0ff  coupons

The milk was 3.19 each and at the end of check out I recieved 2 more dollars in ECB's

I had a $5.00 off $25.00 or more CVS coupon which I used first before all other coupons were deducted

then I used the $2.00 in ECB's from last weeks milk purchase.

Total out of pocket after using ECB's - .49 cents!

CVS let me match walgreens price on the Nivea. I have to say I much rather goto CVS than Walgreens. I tried to buy the Nivea at Walgreens but because I had 3.00 off coupons for them when they were only  2.50 a bottle Walgreens wanted to make the bottles 3.00 which would have made me pay more tax. Not that it would have been much more but the principle was at stake! Why should I have to pay more for the product then anyone else? To me thats as bad as false advertising

Would love to know your thoughts on the subject.

2 (4) packs of fiber one yogurt

3 ceasar dog foods

And

some bananas! :)
